I - Order :
How can I modify my personal information?
You can update your personal information by logging into your account using your e-mail address and password.
What should I do if I lose my password?
Go to "My Account", select "Login" and click on "Forgot your password". An e-mail will be sent to you with a new password. For security reasons, we may ask you for more information to verify your identity.
What currencies are accepted?
You can pay for your purchases in Euros (via the Yves Salomon Europe website) or in US Dollars (via the Yves Salomon US website).
What payment methods are accepted?
The payment of your purchases can be made by credit card and PayPal.
For payments by credit card, you will have to indicate your card number, its expiration date and the pictogram on the page provided for this purpose. We accept the following means of payment:

American Express
Master card
Paypal
For payments via PayPal, log in to your PayPal account to pay for your purchases.
Is the online purchase on the Yves Salomon website secure?
All transactions on our site are secure. Card payments made online are transferred via a server using secure encryption technology (SSL) to protect your personal and payment data.
When you place an order online, we suggest that you save your credit card details to enable you to place your orders more quickly the next time you make a purchase. If you wish to change your payment details, log in to your account and click on payment cards.
How to order online?
To order online, simply select your items in the desired size and color and add it to the cart by clicking on "Add to cart". Your purchase can then be finalized by indicating your personal data (delivery address, billing address). Then proceed to payment by selecting the payment method that suits you. The creation of an account is not mandatory to place an order. However, it is recommended to create one in order to access your purchase history.
Is the entire collection visible on the site?
Our entire collection is not presented on our site. For any request not included in this selection, you can contact our customer service by phone at 201-325-1226 from Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM or by e-mail: contact-us@yves-salomon.com.
What to do when a product is no longer available on the site?
When an item is no longer available for sale online, you can check its availability in store by clicking on "Availability in store".

Displayed price
Our products are displayed at the same price in our store and on our website. However, if you notice a difference between the price indicated on the site and the price indicated in the store, you will have to consider the price indicated on our collection system.
Furthermore, we do not refund the difference in price on an item purchased before a commercial transaction, even if it turns out to be discounted afterwards.
II - Products
What are the usual precautions to preserve the beauty of your fur?
We recommend keeping your fur in a cotton cover, away from light and heat sources such as the sun, radiators or direct light. We also recommend avoiding spraying hairspray or perfume directly on your fur.
If your fur does get wet, it should be left to dry in the open air and do not use a hair dryer or other heating appliance.
It is also recommended that you never iron your fur as this may damage it.
Dry cleaning should be avoided at all costs. Your fur should be entrusted to a fur or leather specialist.
It is recommended that you store your Yves Salomon fur in a refrigerated storage room during the summer to preserve the quality of your piece. This service is offered to you the first year following the purchase. What are the cleaning recommendations for my Yves Salomon piece?
