What are the shipping fees?
The shipping fees are free of charge.
What are the delivery conditions?
Yves Salomon offers the delivery method:
STANDARD SHIPPING: Complimentary. Estimated shipping time: 5 to 10 working days for any order placed before 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
The carrier will make 3 delivery attempts. At the end of the third attempt, the package will be sent back to our warehouse.
Since all orders are processed automatically, it is impossible for us to modify the shipping and delivery times.
We will send you an e-mail confirming the delivery date. You can also check the status of your order in your account.
For bank transfer orders, the estimated delivery time is calculated from the moment the payment is received.
All our products are sent out in garment bags and in our beautiful Yves Salomon boxes.
All our orders are shipped from France so deliveries can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in the United States and in European countries outside the European Union.

Where can I have my order delivered?
Yves Salomon items are delivered to the following country :
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom (except Channel Islands).
We also deliver to the United States from the American version of our website.
Yves-Salomon.com does not deliver P.O boxes. However, if you cannot find your country in the list, do not hesitate to contact Customer Service by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone Monday through Friday 9am-6pm (EST) on 201-325-1226.
II - Return
How do I return a Yves Salomon product purchased online?
You have the option to return, free of charge, any product ordered online.
Please follow the process below to return your order:
- Contact our client Services by email email@example.com or by phone Monday through Friday 9am-6pm (EST) on 201-325-1226. Our advisors will arrange a complimentary pick-up from your preferred address with our courrier.
- Put your item(s) in their original packaging with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, leaflets or boxes and place them in the original parcel.
- Add the the invoice and the return label.
- Seal the parcel thanks to the adhesive stripe and stick the UPS return label on the box. Hand it over to the UPS driver.
You must be physically present and available at the place of pick-up during the chosen time slot in order to deliver the package to the carrier. Yves Salomon will not be held responsible for packages left unattended before the arrival of the carrier.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety (boxes, accessories, covers, labels, booklets, etc.) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund.
In-store returns are unfortunately not accepted.
How can I return or exchange an item ordered on Yves-Salomon.com?
You may return any product ordered on Yves-Salomon.com within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in its original condition and packaging, with conditional return label and return receipt.
At reception of your package, an e-mail confirming the handling of your return will be sent to you.
In case of return, the refund will take place within 14 days of receipt of the product(s) at the warehouse.

What is Final Sale?
Final Sale means no returns no exchanges. We are unable to accept items that are purchased on Final Sale for return or exchange.
What should I do if my product has a problem?
You have 48 hours after receipt of your package to notify us of a defect on the item you received. We will find a solution together as soon as possible.
